According to WEAU, three people were injured yesterday in the Chippewa County town of Wheaton when an intoxicated driver side swiped a vehicle when attempting to pass it. The failed passing attempt caused the intoxicated driver to roll his or her vehicle. Two of the intoxicated driver's passengers were injured, while one of the other vehicle's passengers was injured. The crash is still under investigation.
