Bilingual Intake Specialist
Eau Claire, WI
The Intake Department is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to support client acquisition, answer phones and emails, and be the first point of contact for prospective clients and existing clients. This position is based out of our downtown Eau Claire office, working between 9am - 6pm M-F. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and friendly person who can determine the best fit for clients based on their case.
Responsibilities
- Handle case intake process, ensuring all information related to new cases is present and accurate.
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls in a timely and welcoming manner.
- Conduct consultation appointments for potential clients that meet firm criteria.
- Ensures client documents and information remain confidential.
- Answers phones and emails to best direct leads and callers to appropriate person
Minimum Requirements
- Bilingual – Spanish and English
- Sales or customer service experience
- Ability to communicate with eloquence and sympathy.
- Experience with Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Be organized, responsible, and reliable.
- Open and receptive to feedback and change
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- CRM and/or case management software experience preferred.
- Previous experience in the legal profession preferred.
