At Nicolet Law, we are proud to announce that Kylie Sollie has been elected as North Dakota’s Young Lawyers Division (YLD) Delegate to the American Bar Association (ABA) House of Delegates.
Kylie will be the sole delegate for North Dakota, serving a two-year term which will begin later this summer after the ABA Annual Meeting. Presently, she is serving as an alternate delegate to aid the transition period.
The House of Delegates is tasked with creating official policy for the ABA, and the Young Lawyers Division has its own assembly where proposed resolutions will be drafted, presented, and voted on. Resolutions that earn a favorable vote will advance to the House of Delegates.
We congratulate Kylie on this well-deserved recognition and are proud to see her representing the great state of North Dakota.
