Fargo, North Dakota — Drew Epperly, Partner at Nicolet Law, has once again been named both a Minnesota Super Lawyers Rising Star and Great Plains Super Lawyers Rising Star. Super Lawyers recognizes outstanding attorneys in their field, nominated by their peers and based on professional achievement.
Epperly started his legal career practicing Personal Injury law and has fought for the underdog ever since. By taking a client-first approach, he makes it his mission to fully understand the client and grasp what they are going through to provide the best legal representation possible.
“Growing up in West Virginia,” says Epperly, “I saw firsthand how certain industries routinely take advantage of people that do not have the resources or skillset to turn the tides. This is where my passion for helping the underdog manifested.”
Since joining the team in 2023, Epperly helped launch our North Dakota practice and the motorcycle division of Nicolet Law. After losing his stepfather in a motorcycle accident and surviving one himself, Epperly is in the unique position to provide support and guidance for folks injured in and affected by motorcycle accidents.
