Paralegal

Milwaukee, WI

Nicolet Law is seeking a full-time personal injury Paralegal. The ideal candidate will provide support in all aspects of case preparation and case management, have an interest in legal writing, excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and an overall desire to help our clients and the community.

Responsibilities

  • Direct communication with clients, insurance providers, medical professionals, and attorneys
  • Open client files, initiate insurance claims, draft medical summaries and demand letters
  • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence and legal documents
  • Upload documents, organize and maintain digital casefiles and matters
  • Assist attorney with the drafting and filings of pleadings
  • Assist attorney in the preparation of trial
  • Manage attorney’s calendar
  • Order records and obtain outstanding balances and liens.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in paralegal studies, a paralegal certificate, or a Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
  • Legal experience preferred, but not required
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized

SEO, PPC & Content Strategist

As an SEO, PPC & Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive and data-driven search marketing strategies, combining the best practices of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising to increase brand awareness and lead generation. You’ll work collaboratively with the marketing team to optimize performance across organic and paid search channels while continuously analyzing and refining strategies.

Responsibilities

SEO:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website architecture, content, and linking structures for search engines and user experience.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, keyword-optimized content.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits.
  • Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, conversions, and engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.

PPC:

This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple platforms, deliver consistent messaging, and produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Content Creation and Editing:
    • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms, including images, videos, and written posts.
    • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and other team members to ensure cohesive branding.
    • Edit and optimize content for each platform to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Community Engagement:
