History and Philosophy
In his almost two decades of practicing law, Steve has spent the majority of his career helping those affected in personal injury cases involving car, motorcycle and truck accidents, wrongful death cases and civil sexual assault and abuse situations, where he’s involved himself in high-stakes civil litigation producing life-changing verdicts, settlements and outcomes for his clients.
A lifelong Michigan resident with a pure Midwestern mentality of hard work and a can-do attitude, Steve’s reputation and success in the legal profession is rooted in thorough preparation and never backing down from the opposition mindset. Known for getting results with an unapologetic attitude, he’s known for his philosophy of, “I’m not in this industry to make friends, I’m here to get wins.” And that’s just what he’s done in both state and federal courtrooms.
A son to considerate and thought-provoking parents, a husband to a strong and selfless wife, father to ambitious and life embracing adult children, and a pooch parent to a mischievous yet playful Bouvier, Steve fully embraces the proverbial journey of life and everything that comes with it.
