Joseph joined Nicolet Law Accident & Injury Lawyers to help make a difference in peoples’ lives. Throughout his time in the legal field, Joseph has seen every-day, hardworking people try to stand up for themselves after an injury or experiencing financial difficulties. Too often, these people encounter red tape, get the run-around, and are unable to go up against a large entity such as an insurance company without finding help. Joseph feels that it is important that the members of his community are treated fairly and get the help they deserve.
“I realize that people come to our office for help with situations that are frightening or that they feel are out of their control. It is important for me to help our clients take control of their situations and help guide them to a favorable outcome.”
Originally from the Chippewa Valley, Joseph attended school in the Eau Claire Area School District before continuing his education at Chippewa Valley Technical College where he served on the advisory board of the school’s paralegal program. Joseph graduated with honors from CVTC with an associate’s degree in the paralegal program. In 2019, Joseph earned his Wisconsin Paralegal Certification through the State Bar of Wisconsin. He serves on the Paralegal Association of Wisconsin’s board as the Director of Membership and on the Wisconsin Association for Justice’s Personal Injury Paralegal Certification Board.
In his free time, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and reading. Joseph and his wife live in Eau Claire with their two children and are very active in the community. They spend a large amount of time volunteering and participating in activities involving the Eau Claire Area School District and youth sporting leagues.
